If i factory reset my iphone 5 will i lose everything?
I would like to know if i factory reset my iPhone will i be able to restore everything back to my iPhone by using itunes or my icloud account?
Yes, you will lose everything stored on the phone. You need to do a iTunes backup before you do this. ICloud does not store everything that was on your phone.

I have jailbroken my device and used terminal to change my MAC address so that I could connect to school's Wi-Fi.
