No users will not be able to use your app because you have iOS app and you are uploading it on windows server. Any user who searches an app on windows server then he has windows operating system device and your app is not compatible to run on his device. So upload your app on apple app store.

I'm little bit confused in explaining my question. Actually i'm going to upload my app on apple app store only. The users will download from the app store. But i want to keep my webservice on dedicated server which is having windows os. Will my app work?
- Would I need a fast mbps rate to host audio streaming? My ambition is to create an iPhone app, in which users will be able to listen to streamed music (like Pandora, or Spotify). My concern is if I'll need a quick net speed to accomplish this fluidly (current is 10mbps down, 3mbps up), as I want as few listeners as possible to have to face buffering issues. I'll be using a PC (Lenovo Z40, if specifics matter) as the dedicated server to host the music being streamed. Could anyone assist?
