If i jailbreak an at&t iphone will it work for sprint?
I want to get and i phone from one of my friends but its with at&t and i'm a sprint carrier if i jailbreak the phone will i be able to use it for sprint?

No, jailbreaking has nothing to do with your carrier.unlocking the phone makes it available for different carriers.however, at&t is a GSM network and sprint is a CDMA network so an unlocked at&t phone will not work with sprint.
No. Jailbreak & unlock (what would be needed here) are 2 different things. In this case though Sprint is CDMA, AT&T is GSM, it would not work either way.
