If I reset my iPhone do I lose everything?
If I reset my iPhone 4, will I lose everything that's on it? By reset I mean hold the sleep/wake button and the home button.
That will only restart your iPhone. You shouldn't lose anything. A hard reset, which would have to be done through your computer, would erase all of your content.
No. Doing that will just reset your phone, which for an iPhone is the same as doing a battery pull. It will not remove or erase any of your content!
