If I set up a new iphone from an icloud backup, what happens to the old iphone?
Will the data and apps automatically be deleted from the old iphone, or will it stay there until i delete it manually?
All the data will still be on the old iPhone until you either delete it all manually or factory reset it. The old iPhone will stay the same until and unless you delete stuff or reset it. Once you restore the new iPhone from an old backup of the old phone, the new phone becomes independent and starts taking its own backups, without affecting the old phone.
