If there's fraud or something goes wrong, will PayPal get me my money back?
I'm buying an iPhone off of Craigslist. I have pictures and everything looks fine. If I pay the money and don't get it or its fake or some kind of fraud, will I get my money back?
Craigslist should really only be used to buy things locally. If they have to mail it then I wouldn't do it.
PayPal can only do so much, so your money would probably be gone.

No because Craigslist is ONLY supposed to be for face to face CASH transactions. The only time your purchases are protected by Paypal is if you buy from an online retailer that accepts paypal through the secure payment page on their website. So if you were buying from Apple.com, Amazon.com, Bestbuy.com, Ebay.com or any other online retailer that accepts paypal as a payment you would be protected
Sites like Craigslist are for person to person transactions and All transactions are on an as-is basis. You can't get a refund from a Craigslist transaction which is why Craigslist tells you to only deal with people you can meet in person and never give money before you have inspected the item in person. With a phone always meet the seller at either the Apple store or the store that provides their account to verify the phone is a real iPhone (not a Chinese clone) and that the phone has not been reported stolen. If you don't you are getting scammed. 99% of the iPhones sold on Craiglist are stolen and you don't find out until you go to activate it
- Why do most rich people act like whiny crybabies when something goes wrong against them? I'm not blaming anyone for anything. But I'm sick and tired of hearing rich and most fortunate people in the world shouting injustice only when it effects them. There are at least 40 million americans who can't even afford an iPhone. The Jennifer Lawerence nudies leak story screams about how little class most rich people actually have.
- There's something wrong with my itunes store for iphone 5? When I click on the app to open it, it loads for a second before it automatically goes back to my home screen. What should I do? I already turned my iphone off and on and cleared my history repeatedly. Is there any solution besides restarting my iphone 5 again? By the way, this iphone 5 is not new, and it had been working after I had updated to IOS7 until i had noticed this morning.

I ordered a charger for my iPhone and it comes with a 18 month worry free warranty and my charger broke. So I was wondering can I return it to the seller in a envelope in my mailbox and same thing for the other thing that is broken. like or do I have to go to ups and ship it like that
- My Iphone 4s Headjack Port has or something wrong with it what wrong? My IPhone head jack has something in it or something wrong, because it was working fine and then the next day i plug my beats it wouldn't fully go in I had to force it and hold it down then if I let go it go out so i use my apple headphone same thing I look inside try to take it out or see it nothing happen I don't know what in it but I put the light or shine don't see nothing i use the paper clip to see if I could take it nothing there Please Help
