Iphone 4/4s on Tmobile network?
I want to purchase a Iphone 4 or 4s and use it on my Tmobile network. Seeing as many people sell their used iPhones I wanted to see which ones are compatible to my network. I. E. Tmobile uses sim cards. I know that I would have to switch to a micro sim card when I switch it to Tmobile but I'm concerned as to which companies (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint) even use a sim card or have a sim card slot for me to be able to use the phone on Tmobile network.

First off, make sure to get an Unlocked iPhone that has a SIM try, else it will not work on TMobile. Verizon and Sprint versions of the iPhone do not have a SIM try that you can put a TMobile sim car in.
AT&T still uses micrSIMs as well as SimpleMobile as far as my experiences go.
When you use an iPhone on the TMobile network, they restrict you to EDGE network speed, which I can tell you from personal experience is painful to use. Everything takes FOREVER to load, forget about watching anything on youtube, even at 240p. SimpleMobile sucks just as bad in terms of their data speeds.
I eventually got fed up and went back to AT&T and been happy with their speeds despite their robbery prices. I don't mean to deter you from your dreams of being on the tmobile network, I've just gone that path and regretted spending a hundred bucks switching all over the place.
- Wi-Fi on iPhone keeps saying unable to join network (my network name)? How can I fix this! It's been like this for a week but it works on my laptop fine. I tried unplugging it for a few seconds, I tried resetting network settings, I tried turning my phone off then on again, and I know I'm typing it right. I even typed it in upper case AND lower case. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
- Why are international calls barred on my iPhone 4s on EE's Tmobile network (UK)? The problem is whenever I try to call abroad, I get a message saying international calls are barred. I use to make them before I got my iPhone so I'm not sure if it's a phone problem. I've called up T-mobile many times but they tell me international calls should be working and there's no issue. Has anyone else come across this issue or know how to resolve it.
- Is the tmobile iPhone 5 already unlock? And will the tmobile 5 work on AT&T? I have recently been looking at buying an iPhone 5 and I found someone, but they have tmobile an I have AT&T. Will it work on AT&T? Also, how much would the newer SIM card be?
- I clicked 'Forget this Network' on the Wi-Fi network, and I need to use that network? I'm on iPhone 4, with iOS 6, and like I mentioned, it was an accident and I need to use that network!
