IPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2 This accessory may not be supported?

So for about two months, my iPhone 4 has been not charging AT ALL, unless its off but even then, it only charges to like 23%. I've tried so many different cables and bricks, and none work. What the heck do I do? I've tried factory reset, hard reset, and literally over 5 third party chargers and 2 Apple "supported" chargers. None work. I can't contact Apple about it because they charge ridiculous prices to contact them. What should I do? I can't afford a new phone.

There's no water damage at all, or dust/lint in the charging port. I'm positive its the software update.

Is there any way I can downgrade to iOS 7.1.0 or 7.1.1? I'm 99% sure it worked flawlessly before the update.

I'm pretty sure if you go to an apple store, they can let you make an appointment to see them for free. After using an actual apple charger, it actually worked, so I suggest making sure that the charger you're using is from ap

  • Why does a message on my iPhone keep popping up that that This accessory may not be supported? Why does a message on my iPhone keep popping up that that "This accessory may not be supported"? I'm charging it if that makes a difference but I'm using the charger that came with the phone.
  • This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone? I have a life proof case and I took it under water. I noticed some water inside the case so I took it off and saw that there was water on the outside of the phone. Ever since then a note pops up every 15-30 seconds saying "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this phone". What should I do? Is there a way to fix it? My phone is virtually unusable since this annoying message keeps popping up. Any help would be appreciated.
  • This accessory may not be supported iPhone 4 I have an iPhone 4 and I have a usb for it which I use to charge it up with on my laptop. Whenever I plug it in it will charge for like 2 seconds and then the message "This accessory may not be supported" appears on my iPhone and stops charging. I have to wiggle the usb wire around a few times before it starts charging again. Do I need a new charger?
