IPhone 4, Jailbreaking, iOS 7.0.4?
So I jailbreaked my mates phone with evasi0n everything was working perfectly, then when I went home he rang me an hour later saying he can't get on safari or mail, so I told him to delete everything he downloaded, but he literally deleted everything and know cydia is gone off his phone, and he can't get on safari or mail!
SHOULD I RESTORE DEVICE WITH ITUNES AND REJAILBREAK OR DO SOMETHING ELSE?
Basically you answered the correct thing by yourself, specially since he deleted everything including cydia best thing would be to restore firmware and re-jailbreak, this way the other applications should work also

First i had jailbreaked my iphone with snowbreeze and then i deleted cydia via ifunbox to show my friends that i have not jailbreaked it then i again jailbreaked it via redsnow (snowbreeze jailbreak does not work anymore) but after the jailbreak cydia icon is not visible on my screen but is visible in ifunbox.
