Iphone 4 recovery mode
I've been trying to do this all night, i don't know what else to do?
Have your phone completely off and connected to the pc. Press the sleep button for 5 seconds then start pressing the hold button (after those 5 seconds start pressing both) for 10 seconds then release the sleep button and keep holding the hone button for 15 seconds and if you did it right a message on itunes will pop up saying an iphone has been detected for DFU mode and your iphones screen will be blank if you can't do that download a program called redsn0w on your pc then open it and go to extras and find click ob some that says DFU

- Iphone will not restore from recovery mode? I tried to restore my iphone via itunes but is now stuck in recovery mode. I press 'Restore' on itunes and it downloads the software (takes about half an hour!) and then nothing happens. There's no error message or anything. I've tried this several times now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and I've tried turning off my firewall. Nothing has worked so far and my phone is out of action. Any ideas?

- IPhone has detected an iPhone in recovery mode, Will I lose pictures? It say I must restore the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes. The screen on phone only has a plug into iTunes logo on it. I need to make sure my pics are backed up but Can't get into phone to check. Is there a way to stop mandatory restore?
- Iphone 5c stuck in recovery mode and Itunes won't recognize the phone, or that its in recovery mode? I tried updating to IOS 8 and it has the connect to itunes screen. Well i plugged it into my computer and opened itunes and got no notifications or anything. I really don't know what to do. I've seen online something about DFU mode… But i don't know what that is, is it jailbreaking? Will it erase my phone? Also. My phone is not backed up so help please.
