Iphone 4 touch screen not working?

Got iphone not long ago, had vibrate fixed as the seller sold it faulty, since then the touch screen has been acting up, when i try to press the backspace it presses the keys around it, it won't sense any small thing i try and press but it is working just not so well, i've tried resetting it and it's not work and it's really annoying me. I got the vibrate fixed earlier today, do i go back to where i got it fixed and tell them? The only problem with that is the touch screen isn't really noticeabley not working and the man is foreign so he doesn't understand lot's of english, what do i do? I just want it to work (i emailed the guy who sold me the duff iphone so he sent me money to get it fixed)

Its unfortunate but problems like this occur all the time, I suggest you send it back to the manufacturer and get it fixed. Other wise do what I did when my laptop broke and look for a camera fix online or classified ads websites in the services section such as;

I got my pc fixed for $30 and it only took a few hours. So just look online and I'm sure you will be able to find something. And it should not cost you more then 10 or 15 bucks to fix your problem at the end of the day it's just a small screen.

  • Why is my iPhone 4's touch screen not working well? I have an iPhone 4, and has recently stopped working properly. When I unlock it, it will sometimes take at least 5 swipes to work. It's even worse when I try to put in my passcode. In the middle of playing a game or texting someone, the touch screen will stop working, and I can't tap. The home and power button still work just fine, but I need to power off and then back on again to get it working again. If anyone can help, it is greatly appreciated.
  • My Iphone touch screen isn't working? I dropped it while bending over, and now whenever I go to slide to unlock, it doesn't move. When I go to power it off, the cancel works fine, but again, the slide bar won't work. I restarted it, and when I do this, it automatically brings up the passlock, and when I go to type it in, only the 1 - 2 - 3 and 5 work… So I can't unlock my iphone at all. Does anyone know what I can do to get it working?

I cracked my phone awhile ago and one day i woke up and the touch screen function was not working, I thought it was because i needed to get a new screen, so i did. But now i have the new screen and it still isn't working, what can be the problem? I don't have apple care so can't take it into them.
