IPhone 4 touchscreen not working?
My phone screen cracked so I ordered a new one and replaced it but now the touchscreen capabilities are not working. Is there anything I can do to fix it or is it just a faulty screen? I looked up some reviews and no one seems to have the problem I do.
Did you try turning it off and turning it back on
Better to take to it to Apple service centre They will help you.
First, try to increase touch efficiency through internal setting, if no clue then go on care center.
- Why will my iphone touchscreen work only sometimes? I've tried resetting it that didn't help.shut it off and turned it back on that didn't help either. I can slide it to unlock it but then i can't select any icons or do anything.sometimes it will work fine for a few minutes then it won't do anything. I tried connecting it to itunes them transferring them to my computer but when I did that the contacts I were looking for weren't there only some of them transfered. What do I do? If I take it to the verizon store could they get All my contacts? Should I just fix the screen then get them?
