IPhone 4 - Unable to turn on iMessage but Facetime still works?
The phone has been kept up to date with software. When I go to my settings to where you can turn on imessage, the little switch to turn it on is grayed out. Facetime works fine - whenever I try to find an answer on google it's "facetime and imessage not working." Please help! Really need to fix this. I'm not able to turn it on ever even under Wi-Fi.

- My Iphone won't receive messages but Imessage works on other devices? I can send and receive messages with Imessage on my computer but my Iphone doesn't receive any and the messages send as text messages instead when I text someone with an iPhone. I've reset it already and tried restoring it and it did't help.
- My iphone screen just broke but it still works fine. What should i do? My iphone 4s just fell like 2 ft onto concrete and the glass on the front is now shattered but it still recognises all my finger movements, can i just replace the glass or is it stuffed? Also will apple cover this
- My iPhone has a black screen and won't turn on but the sound still works. What should i do? I tried holding down the on/off button and home button for about a minute and it still won't turn on and my iPhone has a black screen but still makes sounds what should i do. I also tried to fully restore it but it says I need to turn off find my iPhone but i can't see the screen what should i do? please help! its and iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2
- Just switched my number to a new iphone, but my old phone still works? I just went and started an individual plan and got a new iphone 5, and they carried over my number from the virgin mobile prepaid i had before. My new iphone can make calls and send and receive texts… But so can my old phone. And when i called my cell number using my house phone, my old phone rang, but my new iphone didn't. Do i have to like cancel service or something? I'm confused about what to do, the guys at apple didn't mention anything about it.
