Iphone 4s internet connection?

I have an Iphone 4s with 02. Recently I can't get internet when I'm out and about. Is there a setting that I can change to allow internet connection when I'm outside. I had it before its only been in the last few weeks that I can't get it on wi-fi except when I'm on my wi-fi at home. I wonder if I have turned a setting off by mistake? Any help would be appreciated.

Added (1). I was at the Apple store yesterday and they say its an O2 thing and not one of theirs.

Best bet is to make an appointment with a Apple Genius Bar in your area and take the phone to them. If it is an issue with the phone Apple handles all warranty issues with the Iphone, none of the carriers that have the iphone have anything to do with it.
