Iphone 4s is stuck on the apple logo. What do I do?
I did not have my phone jail broken or anything like that. My phone was just working and I decided to turn it off and as I was trying to turn it back on it is now stuck on the apple logo. It then toggles back and forth between the apple logo and the spinning wheel. I really want to be able to fix this myself before I contact apple.
Sometimes that happens to my iPad 2 I dunno if it will work for your iPhone but try holding the lock button while holding the home button at the same time. Hope this works!
Try pressing the lock button and home button for ten seconds. At the same time.
1.Open Itunes on your computer
2.connect your Iphone to your computer
3. Right click the iphone logo on the left panel
4. Click Restore
I'm afraid you will lose all your Data on your Phone. However you can still try The 'Backup' option before you restore but i'm not sure whether it will save your data
