IPhone 4S lock button jammed?

My phone was working just fine no problems and now the kick screen button on the too right of my phone is jammed. It's very hard to press and sometimes the phone won't even make the clicking noise when I lock it. I've tried unjamming it with a butter knife n pressing it really hard but nothing's working. I've had it for about a year. Getting a new phone is not an option!

I know how to fix iphones & with this problem you have to get a new home button which it cost like $3 on ebay but the problem is when you replace the home button is not an easy fix, so you need someone who knows how to fix it (expert), and to fix that problem you need to take the whole phone apart… Go to Craigslist & search "iphone fix" you can find people who can fix it for you for $40 to $50.

God bless.

  • My iphone 4 lock button is jammed? - 2 I dropped my phone and the buttons jammed no matter how hard I push it doesn't do anything… Is there any way you can't fix it with out opening it? And I don't have money for a repair shop to do it. I had an iPod that did the same thing I dropped it and the button came unharmed after a few months
  • My iPhone 4 lock button is jammed? - 1 Ok, I just got my iPhone 4 for Christmas, and I guess I've pressed the lock on/off button too hard, and now it's jammed? I'm thinking about pulling it out with pliers? Is that safe? What can I do?
