Iphone 4s only charges when dead?
First it has to be completely dead in order to charge and if i unplug it and say it has 15% power, I have to wait till it completely dies before i can charge it and when I charge it, I can't turn it on. When I plug it in to my computer, it's not popping up on itunes. Is this a battery problem or something more?
It sounds like something more considering it won't open on the app store. Maybe a problem with the connections. Unfortunately, there's no way to assist you any further over the internet, but I would recommend bringing it in to the Genius Bar or even an Apple Authorized Service Partner for further testing. It may even be covered by your Apple warranty.

I have tried all kinds of chargers and cleaned the charging port but nothing works. However, i found that if i plug it in my phone about 20 times i get lucky and it works.
