IPhone 4S video sound problem?
Hi, I have an iPhone 4S and over the past few days whenever I watch a video online the sound plays through the earpiece and not the speakers.
All other sound works absolutely fine, music, ring tone and all that jazz plays through the speaker.
I've tried putting my music and ringer and video all to full volume and in silent mode and not and it doesn't change anything, the volume of the earpiece responds to the volume being changed too.
I can fix this for you. Its a hard ware issue within the phone. Email me if you need help. I work at apple in Texas.
Hold home and lock button simultamiously until it turns off, it resets, no risks either

tried reseting it; didn't work.
And I'm sure it's not a hardware problem either.

I tried cleaning out my headphone jack and speakers and it's still doing it.

- Why Do I Have To Click The Sound Thing On Instagram To Play The Sound? For some reason the sound hasn't been working on my iPhone for Instagram. Someone said to click on the moving sound bars on the top right of the video and that it will play sound. Well, it worked. But my question is why the hell should I do that? Can't it just automatically play?
- When I sing I sound good in my head but on recording it doesn't sound as good? I understand why this is but I want to know if it is because my iPhone recording quality isn't good. If not how do I actually listen to how others hear me sing.
