IPhone 4S volume down button stuck?
I've had an iPhone 4S for around a year now or about that and a few months ago (I can't remember exactly when) my volume down button randomly stopped working.
As far as I can remember I hadn't dropped it or any thing like that.
If I move it from side to side and up an down with my nails it moves fine but it's just when I press down on it it feels like it's stuck in.
The volume up button works perfectly.
It's been stuck for awhile and I've been using the control centre to turn the volume down but now I'm just sick of it.
Anyone got any solutions?
If I was you, I would take it to an Apple shop (if you're close, if not, an authorised Apple retailer, but you would be better off at an Apple store).It may still be under waranty, they may be able to fix it there & then in store, or at a small cost. To replace an iPhone 4/s back glass screen which say is cracked, costs £20! So I'm pretty sure they wouldn't make you dig deep into your purse/pockets either. Hope that helps!
- Where do I take my iPhone 5 if the volume down button doesn't work? I got the phone like 5 months ago and the button has been broken for about 2 months but now that it's summer and I have more time for music/phone in general it's starting to make me very angry. So would I take it to the Apple store or the Verizon store where I bought the phone?

- Volume button stuck on iPhone 6s? I put my case on my iPhone and noticed that when i hit the down volume button, it wasn't making the clicking sound that it usually does. I took the case off my phone and realized that the button was jammed at the bottom. The top half of the button is where it should be, but the bottom half is visibly jammed. The button still works, but the physical button is noticeably stuck. How do I fix this?
- Stuck iPhone 4 lock button! Stuck/Stripped screws Okay so, I've had this stupid panda case on my phone and it jammed my lock button. It still works if you push super hard from the side, but no clicking sound. I saw how to fix it by opening my phone up but the screws won't come out no matter what! I tried a screwdriver alone, with duct tape, rubber band, double sided tape, everything! I don't have a warranty on my phone, and I'm looking for a super inexpensive (>$5) way to fix it, any ideas?
