On your phone go to Settings, Wi-Fi, press the -> next to your Wi-Fi, choose Forget this network.

go back to the Wi-Fi screen, and connect to your Wi-Fi by entering the security password.

Or should I just call sprint or apple? Please help I have to use my phone a lot in places that don't have Wi-Fi.
  • Why won't my brand new iPhone 5C won't connect to my home Wi-Fi? I just recently bought an iPhone 5C for my mom, along with an HTC One. The 4G LTE seems to work fine on both of them, but my iPhone can't seem to connect to my home internet (the HTC connected perfectly fine). I'm 100% sure I'm inputting the correct password, and it always comes up with the same error: "Unable to join the network '[my Wi-Fi name]'" I've tried turning the phone and router off and on, but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick…
  • My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
