IPhone 5 but already have a contract?
I already have a contract on Sprint for 1 year but I want an iPhone 5 without paying 700-800 for termination. Starting new contract and the phone. So can I just change phones. From my current contract? I'm not terminating it just changing my android to an iphone 5
I doubt it. You typically get to upgrade every two years.
Just because you WANT something does not mean you get it.

- I want the iPhone 5? But already have a contract? I have an EVO 3D (yes its awsome) but now I want an iPhone 5. I already have a contract. Do I have go terminate it? And start a new contract for the iPhone? Or do i just buy the iPhone without the contract because I already have one. 1 year left on the current contract.
- I opened a new line with my already existing contract with sprint? So a couple of days ago I went into sprint to open a new line for someone in my family with my already existing contract. We bought the iphone 5s. I'm aware that if you want to upgrade you phone but you don't have an upgrade, you have to pay full price. But no phone was updated. We simply opened a new line. Now I know I should have only been charged 200 or some dollars. Yet I was charged full price for the phone.
- I miss my iPhone but already have a new one? So I bought the HTC one with a mobile plan contract. But I have a problem now because I really miss my old iPhone 4 really bad but my mother is using this one now. What should I do? I can't sell the phone 'cause that would be a waste of money I have spent on getting it (99 euro). Should I tell my mother and aks the phone back or should I move on and wait for my contract to end (2 years)?
