Iphone 5 has major frame rate drops in the OS?
I have a white iPhone 5 16 GB. It's been a great phone, but over the last 2-3 weeks I h vas noticed that the OS seems to have dropped from a solid 40 FPS to 10-15. I'm running on the latest IOS 7.1.1 from Apple. My dad has an iPhone 4 running on the same IOS version yet his phone is much faster while scrolling in the settings app and doing day to day tasks. My mom has an iPhone 5 black version, running the first release of IOS 7. She has about 2MB of space left on her phone yet it runs at 60+ FPS. My phone has 2.6GB of open space. I downloaded an app that removes junk and releases free RAM, this didn't change anything.
Why is my phone having FPS issues?

- Which carrier has the best prepard out of the three major carriers? At&t Verizon and sprint, planning on going to one of them tmm, if any of them had a prepaid iphone 5 that would be nice. *prepaid
- When will the iPhone 5s and 5c have price drops? I'm looking to get a contracted iPhone, and I would really prefer the iPhone 5s, but the $199 price is a bit high. When do you think they will have price drops? Do you think it would be worth it now to get the iPhone 5c 16gb? I'm in no rush to get the iPhone, but I don't want to wait till Christmas or any time around there.

Luckily it was inside a flip case of iPhone, my screen is safe but the upper part of the body got some scratches how to remove that? I'm scared is it possible to remove scratches on the body of an iPhone?
- My IPhone drops service randomly? I backed up my iPhone 4S and it went back to settings and contacts from a year ago. Anyways I had to of course delete and re-add apps and contacts but now my cell service (I have sprint) will randomly drop for no reason. (Note: I just backed up my phone about 10 mins ago) should I be worried or will it fix itself?
