Iphone 5 is on backorder after i preordered it?
I ordered the iphone 5 last friday, and I was suppose to be the 3rd one on the list. However today i received a call saying that they have a shortages of the phone and I'm going to have to wait a week or two. Do you think that I could get some kind of reconciliation from apple for the mess up? Also what valid points can I mention when talking to them
Added (1). I know that but do you think apple will give me like a free case or warranty or something, i mean this sucks i paid money to have that phone on friday.
There's nothing that you can do. It sucks that it went on back order for you but just going to have to face realization that it happened to you. Those iPhone 5's are selling like crazy
Like you, I have also pre ordered my iPhone 5 last week. I got an email saying it will ship 14-21 business days. Mine is back ordered, unfortunately. There's an extremely enormous amount of people who have also ordered the phone which is why a lot of orders were delayed. Honestly, the only thing we both can do is wait. I'm dying to stop using this 4 already. :|
- Why won't my itunes preordered album download? I preordered the tyler the creator album "wolf" and it just came out and i know i preordered it because i got a sneak peak release of the album and the son i got early was domo. But now that its out, i can't download the rest of the songs. I got the email saying click this link to download it from apple, but when i do, it just goes to the home page of itunes. Do i need to plug my iphone into a computer? Or what?
- Why did my text messages disappear after I turned my iphone back on after it it had been powered down for the night? Okay, so I'm new to iphone this is my first one and it's the iphone6. Last night I powered it down for the night, and when I woke up a d turned it back on and unlocked the lock screen and went to my home screen it said I had two text messages and before I could click on it they disappeared. So where did they go and is there any way to find them?
- When do people typically receive the new iPhone if they preordered it through a carrier? I ordered my new 64 GB 6s Plus in Rose Gold through the verizon site at midnight, but I wasn't prepared so I'd say it took until about 10 after midnight to actually get the order processed and finished. I know this could make a difference as to when I receive my iPhone, especially since this model will be one of the most popular. How long do people typically have wait until they receive their phone in the mail?
- What will happen if i don't backup my Iphone files after updating my Iphone? So i had an iphone 4 and i tried updating it to IOS 5.1 and after updating it told me to backup my files so i backed up and it is taking forever to back up it has been like an hour the bar did not even move it moved a little from the start. Can i chose not to backup will anything happen if i don't back up? I currently used 29.1 gb space in my iphone I only have one place to store my stuff 382 GB of 451 GB used
