IPhone 5 Jailbroken iOS 6.1 untethered won't restart?

So I jailbroke my phone yesterday, everything went smooth. No problems with the jailbreak, I didn't have to do it multiple times or restore. Today, like 15 minutes ago, I restarted my phone using "SBSETTINGS" in the dock "restart" and since then I've been looking at the Apple logo.

I tried a hard reset twice now. Still won't load. Any ideas on how to fix this without restoring / re-jailbreaking? If I have to re-jailbreak, can I just plug it into computer, load up evasi0n and start from there? Or I have to restore it first?

How do you restore your phone if it's jailbroken?

Added (1). OK so it seems as if all it took was ONE more hard reset (three in total) to get my screen back up. Anyone know what causes this? What causes it to not restart properly? Could it be a recent install of an app via cydia?

No your going to have to put it in DFU MODE and hopefully you have a backup saved?

Saw your additional details tag, some tweaks glitch sometimes. That's the beauty of jailbreaking since Apple doesn't allow it and everything isn't always compatible.

  • When will there be a untethered jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 on iphone 5? The recent ios 6.1.3 update patched the untethered jailbreak. And unfortunatly iphone 5 users can't downgrade due to their A5 chip. If there's a way to downgrade this ios, or get an untethered jailbreak please help me!
  • Untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S IOS 5.1? I've heard such a thing doesn't exist. If that's the case, what should I do about jail breaking an iPhone 4S with ios 5.1? Should I somehow upgrade to 5.1.1 and do the untethered there? Or should I get the newest version apple has (probably not) and find or wait for a possible update for jail breaking there? And if I do somehow get an iOS 5.1.1 and manually update the phone to that, it won't mess anything up or erase my data, right?
  • Trying to Restart my Jailbroken iphone but its stuck on the loading screen? I jailbroke my phone and i wasn't happy with cydia so i pressed to erase all content and setting to restart my whole phone, and thn it turned black and its been on that circle loading swirly thingy, is been like this for about a half an hour, what's taking it so long to load? (btw my on/off button doesn't work i have to use my charger/home button to wake it up) is it broken or what do i do?
