IPhone 5 keeps disconnecting from my home Wi-Fi?

Okay, so my iPhone always randomly disconnects itself from my home Internet. It's not the phone because this also happened on my previous iPhone. I've closed all recent apps, restarted the phone, restarted the Internet, disconnected then reconnected to the Internet, I've renewed the lease, I've turned aeroplane mode on and off, I've turned the Wi-Fi option on and off, I've done everything. I'm thinking it has something to do with the battery usage, because it happens most when my battery is around 30% or under. If so, how would I change this so it stops automatically disconnecting?

Well I know that connecting to Wi-Fi does take up battery power. Maybe your phone is Doug this to conserve battery. I noticed that my phone was disconnecting too. I have the iPhone 5. But I have 4g lite so even when it does I never notice. See if there's an options in the settings to stop letting conserve battery power. Otherwise you can a. Exchange it or b.keep it charged

The only problem is after about a minute my internet shuts down, this happens every single time. It will stay connected to Wi-Fi for a little bit then it will disconnect form Wi-Fi all by its self and sometimes it will stay connected to Wi-Fi for a long time then disconnect.
