Iphone 5 red screen help urgent please?

I have a new iphone 5 and i'm having some trouble trying to get it to start up, here are the problems i have ran into,
-when it tried to start up there was some white writing over a black screen looked like services starting (sorry don't have exactly what was on the screen).
-after a reset holding power and home button for 10 seconds the phone will power off then restart with the apple logo in the middle of the screen then it will power off and try again, this will happen 2-5 times then it gets stuck on the apple logo screen.
- if it does go past the logo screen all i get is a solid red screen with nothing on it and you have to hold the power and home button the get rid of it which cause the cycle to start again.

i should also mention that i only saw the services writing once and i have restarted the phone mutliple times.

Try to put the screen on a soft surface, and smack the back of it as hard as you can. The problem is probably a loosened cable (Whether, when it was shipped, dropped, in water, etc;)
