Just go to rebelsimcard.com\apn select your network it will download your settings for your phone
Start with Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Go to Settings > Messages and verify that MMS messaging is turned on. Then make sure your cellular data is turned on also.
If the resetting network settings doesn't work, connect it to your PC and back up the phone. Then restore your phone to factory settings then apply your backup.
