I just got my 4s 2 months ago. Is it worth buying it off contract price at $649?

No.don't purchase it at regular price. Since you have the 4s, you just have to wait till sept 19th to be able to upgrade the software to iOS6, which include most of the new features of the iphone 5. They usually come out with a new phone every year, so you should just wait till next year and get the iphone 5s.
4S is a really good phone though, why not use up the contract and you can upgrade later?
NO! Please don't. I'm rich and I wouldnt pend that on the 5. I paid 700 for the SIII. Now that's nice phone. Iphone 5 has old technology.
