IPhone 5c screen replacement? - 1
Can the screen be replaced on a 5c? My daughter dropped hers and it's $169 even with warrenty. Just wondering if it's possible to get it done cheaper? If not oh well.
Yes, the screen on an iPhone can be replaced. Around where I live there are kiosks in malls where its done. Apple won't do it.

I've seen the price to get the screen replaced for $140. I've done the repair myself and the part costs about $50. The warranty won't cover physical damage so you should make sure of that 169 cost if thats what you elect.

- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
