IPhone 5C won't connect without Wi-Fi?

For some reason, when I'm on LTE or 3G, my iPhone 5C will not connect to any of my apps or any web pages, and I can't understand why. I've tried everything. I've checked all of my settings. My cellular data is on. I've tried a hard reset by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. I've tried resetting my phone to its default factory settings. I've even checked my data plan with my phone carrier to see if it had been locked for going over for the month. I've barely used any data, so that's not possible. The only thing I haven't done is a full restore of the entire phone. I'm trying to avoid that if I can. Everything works on Wi-Fi, but off of it, everything from Facebook to iMessage does not connect.

Does anyone know what could be the reason for this? I'm wondering if it's the new iOS update, since I don't think this was happening before I downloaded it.

Reboot phone… Work now?

if not, call your wireless carrier… No data on 3G/4G is a network issue, not a phone issue---maybe---

worse case senario… You have buggy software… In which case its a straight transfer to AppleCare… Wireless carriers can't touch hardware or software issues… Per apple contract

It went good but then won't connect to 3G after that we called and they said something went wrong but nothing did so I'm wondering is there anything i could possibly do to fix it or should I call the place that did it? The 4G LTE seems to work fine on both of them, but my iPhone can't seem to connect to my home internet (the HTC connected perfectly fine).   • My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
