IPHONE 5C WON't TURN BACK ON?

I have the iPhone 5c, which is plastic. I dropped it in the grocery store but my case is so bulky it never usually has a problem. I had turned it off because it was on 17% and I was trying to savor the battery. Well now that I'm home I put it on the dock( radio charger) and it keeps vibrating but the screen is still black. I've tried holding down the power and home button at the same time for nearly a minute and it's stops the vibration but still a black screen. Help! What should I do to fix it and what's the problem.

Hard reboot (power+menu buttons till apple logo appears)

if that don't work, try to wack it via an itunes restoral…

if that don't work… Cry… And call Apple or wireless carrier… Pray you got $99-$199 or an insurance replacement

I was walking home and i locked my screen put my phone in my pocket, kept walkin then i tried to check my phone and the screen was completelty black and wouldnt turn back on. I tried holding the home & lock button at the same time that didn't work, i tried plugging it into my computer and to my wall charger. And it still didn't turn back on, someone tell me what to do!
  • My iPhone turned off and won't turn back on? I set my phone down while i was on the computer, didn't use it for like 15 minutes, and when i looked at it the screen was black and it shut off. It was on like 80% battery so it didn't die. I tried plugging it in to the charger to see if i could get it to turn back on but it will not turn on. I don't know what happened!
