Iphone 5s icloud and passcode
Okay so I bought an Iphone 5s off ebay, it is in the post atm, perfect condition.
I bought off ebay the seller found it last december but there was a passcode so he could not find the owner.So he sold it on ebay. The knowlege of it is limited but I got it for a bargin. I checked the EMIE code and it is NOT blocked.
but there are something i'm not familur with eg… How to get past the passcode
If the is the app "Find my iphone" could alert the buyer? Maybe
anyway i just want to know ways of factory reseting it but its not that easy
You will not be able to factory reset it, only the original owner can do it. Yes they can see where its located anytime its connected to Wi-Fi or cel tower.
- What to do if you forgot you iphone passcode and you didn't even put your iCloud account in? When i first got my iphone i set the passcode as 000000 but I somehow typed too fast and hit something else and i did it TWICE. I didn't even get a chance to log in my apple id account. I don't know what to do.
- Lost my iphone passcode, if I restore, does icloud get wiped too? I saved everything to icloud before hand and all my pictures are on my computer already so i'm just nervous about losing my contacts, bu those should be saved to icloud, i'm wondering if I end up having to restore it will my icloud get wiped too or will I be able to get to my contacts again?
- Is there anyway I can bypass my passcode on my iPhone 4 or it's a 5 I'm not sure but I can't remember the passcode but I need it I know you can restore but I don't want to do that because I don't think I have the computer I backed it up to back then. And i don't know what update this is. Like I haven't see the emergency button there at all in any videos
- Iphone asking me for a passcode to install update. I never set up a passcode. Options? I just tried to update my iphone to 7.1.1 and i'm being asked for a passcode. I never set one up, but entered what I would have made it, and now have a message saying "FAILED. One more attempt". What happens if I get this final attempt wrong? How do I continue with update if I can't remember this passcode?
