IPhone 5s is iCloud locked?
So I've been looking at buying a new iPhone 5s and I've found a few cheap ones online. This one iPhone especially has very good reviews and is in good condition, but it says that it's iCloud locked. I wanted to know if restarting the iPhone will erase all of it's data including the iCloud that it's set to.
If the iPhone is Acivation Locked, it is completely useless to you. Please do not waster your money on that iPhone. ICloud Activation lock is designed to keep stolen and lost devices from being activated by someone other than the original owner. Apple will not be able to remove the lock for you and none of the available restores such as Recovery Restore, and DFU Restore will not remove that lock.
You obviously don't know what icloud locked means. It means you can't ever set it up as your own because the owner needs to put in their password, you can't restore it and can't turn off find my iphone (which if its stolen will notify the owner where its located when you turn it on). I would never buy a used one unless they prove its wiped, as that means its not stolen.

- How much should a icloud locked iPhone should be at least be selled at? It's a Iphone 6s plus? So I bought a Iphone today from this guy and when I end up resetting it, it was locked. And the dude said he can't do anything cause he didn't know and i don't know what to do with it. I read mostly everywhere you can't do anything with a locked phone and it's pretty much useless. Unless I find a way to unlock it.
