IPhone 5s or wait for new iPhone 6?
Currently have an iPhone 4 since first launched. It still works fine overall, but feeling very outdated and (minor issue I guess?) as the phone can be a little slow sometimes.
In addition, I'm very disappointed that in coming months, Apple will no longer provide software update support to the next iOS 8 for iPhone 4.
All these makes me feel like wanting to get a new iPhone… Should I get iPhone 5s or wait for the new upcoming iPhone 6?
And Apple now offering trade-in program for old devices in my country and offering up to AU$250 credit for purchasing new iPhone. Is it a good deal and worth it?
Don't invest now because you can't wait for nearly two months. It you buy iPhone 5S, you will regret when others will have iPhone 6.
The offer may be just to finish off their outdated iPhone's.
It has been mentioned in the below link that iPhone 6 will be releasing in Sept' 14.
So, I would advice you to wait till Sept and then grab the latest phone, instead of regretting again in future.
Might as well wait for the 6. Why buy the 5s when you know something better is coming basically right after?

- Should i buy the new iPhone 5 now, or wait for my contract to expire? I have an iPhone 3GS and my contract expires in March. I'm thinking of adding a new line and getting the iPhone 5 on that, and then cancel my iPhone 3GS's line in March. My carrier is AT&T. How much would it cost to have the additional line on my account for the next 5 months? I'm also INCREDIBLY impatient if thats a factor haha.
