IPhone 5s stuck on white screen with black Apple, how to fix?
My phone was randomly acting slow so I restarted it and ever since then it doesn't go past the white screen with black Apple. I keep holding both buttons including volume up button but it isn't working. What should I do?
Charge your phone and leave if like that for a few minuets even hours. If it still freezes contact or go to an Apple Store.

I tried to update the software on my iPhone 4s and now it just keeps turning off and on and it gets stuck on a white screen with a black apple on it when it finally turns back on.
