Iphone 6 16gb glass broken roughest condition and carrier locked. What options do i have?

Will apple replace me for a new iphone 6 but by adding additional cash i'd go for 128 gb!

Apple will ONLY replace the phone, if you have PAID for AppleCare+. What this covers is accidental damage including water damage to the phone.
You can PAY Apple to replace the screen for $109 dollars. Less if you had AppleCare+.
Sure I suppose you could sell the phone for parts.
And no one is going to buy that phone that is locked to a a Canadian carrier, as it is pretty much a a given that it is either a lost or stolen phone.
And no you will not be able to turn it into Apple to get the next phone up with a little extra cash, it's a USED broken phone, not gold.

- What are my options to carrier unlock an iPhone 4s I bought off of eBay? I recently purchased an iPhone 4s off of eBay and it's still carrier locked. Is there a cheap/free way to carrier unlock it? It's currently jailbroken and it used to be on AT&T. I plan on switching it to MetroPCS. I only have the MetroPCS SIM card and it says I have signal but I can't make calls, texts, use the web. I'm not a AT&T customer and have no way of becoming one. I really need help. Any suggestions?
