Why does my iPhone 6 take hours to recharge after the battery dies?
I have an iPhone 6, I haven't upgraded to iOS10 yet. Recently I've been experiencing a problem with charging my phone. When it dies & shuts itself off it ll take 1-2 hours to recharge & turn back on. I use an Apple certified charger, & I've tried using different Apple cords & none of them have worked any better.
This started happening suddenly. There were no other signs of battery issues…
What could be causing this issue?
Is it something I could possibly fix on my own? Or is it something that requires a repair by the Apple Store or Best Buy?
Once the battery completely drains out it usually takes awhile to charge back up. Best thing is to always recharge once it reaches 20 percent battery to keep it from draining to low
Try updating to IOS 10. The iPhone has a nasty battery bug that causes phones to shut off and not want to turn back on until there basically recharged all the way.
- Will my iPhone text send automatically after recharge? I forgot I was out of credit and tried to reply to a text. I recharged straight away (Optus prepaid iPhone) once I got the message saying I was out of credit. Cause I don't want to send it again and he receive it twice. But I recharged with in 5 minutes later. Will the text I sent but failed before automatically send?
