IPhone 6 Plus keeps freezing and shut off?
The past few days I've been experiencing glitches in my iPhone 6 Plus. It lags, apps continue to close out (Instagram, Twitter) and then I went to my app called "VSCO" a photo editing app, and it closed out, and continued to close out. I restarted my phone to see if that would help, and it didn't. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but I got a message saying it could not install due to lack of storage. I deleted 2 apps that I did not need, but that still didn't work. So I tried to delete photos, but when I went to my photos, they were all gone. Nothing. Not a single photo. I restarted the cellphone, hoping the camera roll occurrence was just a glitch, but then my phone wouldn't turn back on. I tried all day, and then hooked my phone up to my computer and updated the software on my phone. The phone turned back on, but it's still lagging and freezing. Instagram won't open and keeps installing by itself, I can't open my text messages app, my photos app, or most of my social media apps without it freezing or closing out. Taking it to the Apple Store is not an option considering that the closest Apple Store is about 2 hours away from where I live. Any tips or help at all would be great!
A full factory reset may be in order. This will restore the phone to it's original state when you bought it.
- My phone keeps freezing and crashing because of IOS 11.2 update So I got the is iOS 11.2 yesterday, the day it was released, even though my phone didn't crash or freeze. The day after I get this update, my iPhone se starts to crash and freeze. My friends told me hers does the same thing (she has a iPhone 5 if that helps). Okay tbms it turns on and off on and off and then sometimes it shows a red screen for a few seconds then off again and dies out. It's not the battery because I got that changed thinking that it was the cause and it wasn't. So is there anything someone can help me with? The repair guy tried restoring it through iTunes he said it didn't work either it just won't come on it doesn't go pass the Apple logo before shutting off and on again and dying out
