IPhone 6 won't load anything and keeps crashing?
My camera roll won't load, it comes up as a white screen if it even opens at all. Or if it does load it says I have 0 photos. I can't download any apps whatsoever and everything crashes. I've tried restarting my phone multiple times and logging out of the App Store and back in. Nothing works. The phone also freezes periodically. What do I do at this point?
Take it back and get it replaced. It's a dud. Apple should replace it. They have good customer service.
Where did you buy the iPhone 6? You might be a victim of a counterfeit. Either your phone is not running original software from apple, or your software is corrupted. Plug it into iTunes and click Restore. This will erase everything and reinstall a new operating system. If you want to save your data make a back-up first.
- My phone keeps freezing and crashing because of IOS 11.2 update So I got the is iOS 11.2 yesterday, the day it was released, even though my phone didn't crash or freeze. The day after I get this update, my iPhone se starts to crash and freeze. My friends told me hers does the same thing (she has a iPhone 5 if that helps). MY phone has only recently started crashing like every 15 minutes or so, It will turn off by itself, The screen will turn blue or start flashing colors. These colorful vertical lines will show up on my screen and then my screen will slowly fade away.
