IPhone 8GB. How do I have 2.6GB left when I only have used 517MB total?
I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 8GB. I have used a total of 517MB. How do I have only 2.6GB left?
• I understand jailbreaking takes up memory.
• Please read everything.
• I know how to use/work an iPhone.
• I don't have a computer to restore nor do I have a friend that can help me. I can't restore at all.
• I can't go to settings/general/reset/reset all settings and content. It's jailbroken. It will be stuck on the Apple logo. I will not risk it.
One of the main reasons why I have less memory is because I downloaded a game from Installous 5, and my Wi-Fi is not stable, it'll cut off, then go back on. And I was downloading a game that was 1.10GB. And of course my Wi-Fi stops working, and interrupted the download. So I had to restart the download. And so I ended up canceling and deleting the game all together. But for some reason, the 1.10GB is still taking up memory on my phone even though I deleted the game. I didn't get the 1.10GB back when I canceled and deleted the game.
I downloaded iFile from Cydia to see if the app was still there, so I can remove it from the iPhone. Nothing is there that I can delete from the game. And I need to get that 1.10GB back. How do I remove the game file?

Do the terms "leave well enough alone" mean anything to you. You should have. I suggest a factory reset.
- Why have I paid for 8gb but only got 6? I've recently bought an iPhone 4 with 8gb but when I synced it on iTunes it says I only actually have 6gb. This is with "other" which I know how to reduce. Also on my iPhone itself on settings it says I only have 6gb. This memory is very valuable because I only have 8gb and if I'm honest I think I should have bought at least 16gb. Can you help me by answering with an easy answer baring in mind I'm only 15 and you'll probably confuse me?
- Why does my Iphone 4 only have 6.3 GB of storage when it's supposed to have 8GB? I looked in the "usage" section and it says that I have: 4.6 GB used and 1.7 GB available Shouldn't I have 3.4 more GB available because I have 8gb of storage? I'm kind of confused.
- Used Iphone 4 used for Wi-Fi only? I'm thinking about buying an iphone 4, but i plan on using my wi-fi instead of getting a plan. Will I be able to do this? I'm going to be buying the Iphone used. Please don't ask why not just buy an ipod, the person who is selling it to me is giving it at a good price. & also, the seller had at&t. If decide to activate the iphone will i have to activate it wity at&t?
- Photos on Iphone taking up 8GB and I only have 200 photos? A couple months ago I got my Iphone 4s fixed and the only thing that got deleted on it was my photos and it still said it was taking up 8 GB and now I wanna update to IOS7 but I don't have enough space and I only have 200 photos and it says its taking up 8GB how do I fix this? Yeah I know but even if I have ZERO photos its still says photos are taking up 8GB
