IPhone Black Screen Problem?
I dropped my iphone and the screen is all black. You can hear it ring and get text just not see anything. I plugged it in thinking it would help but all it does is either if the phones on vibrate it vibrates every 5secs or if its on loud it rings every 5secs. You can kind of see some light that makes the black screen look a faded blue. But it doesn't turn on. Someone help please…
This happened to me as well, I had to get a new phone. I went into the Verizon store and they told me it wasn't repairable.

- My iphone 8 screen froze so I tried to turn it off and now it's been stuck on a black loading screen not turning off, what do I do? I just got this iphone 8 yesterday and as I was texting someone the screen froze and nothing I did was helping so I forced it to restart and it started to shut down and restart but now it's just been stuck on the black loading screen not changing. What do I do?
- Iphone has white screen black apple logo frozen it occasionally goes black then that screen shows up again screen went red once? I held the home and power buttons and it showed me that the battery was super low with the little red lines hasn't shown me that since now it's just frozen on black apple logo with white background and the screen flickers occasionally i've had it plugged into the wall charging for 2 hours now and still nothing should I go get it looked at by apple or do I just leave it charging longer?
- IPhone 5s screen turned black and I can't see anything on the screen? My iPhone 5s screen turned black without warning, while I wasn't using it. I have the assistive touch icon on and it still shows on the screen. My home button is broken. I can see when I change the volume and I can receive calls and notifications, and I can get to Siri through my assistive touch. I've read that I need to reset my phone, which I can't do while my home button is broken. Please ask for more details if needed.
