IPhone freezes when I open any media?
I have an iPhone 4s and only for a few months. Recently any time I open any media including:
My pictures
Music apps (songza and pandora)
Videos (YouTube, Vine and the netflix/amazon prime/hulu+ apps)
When I open these apps it either-
-Freezes (I can get out of it by hitting the home button)
-opens then quits itself (closes)
**even when my phone is fully charged and have strong Wi-Fi**
Is this something I can't fix on my own or do I need to go down to the apple store?
Hmm sounds quite unusual. If you're Jailbroken it could be a tweak causing the problem.
If not then I recommend doing a backup and restore via iTunes on a computer in your house and that should fix just about any problem.

So i tried that safe mode method(which i to do a hard resent and to press the volume key up when i see my apple logo) so i did that and when the lock screen came up it froze so any help? I click on the button to turn it on and release the button. The apple logo shows up but after that, nothing happeneds. It stays at the apple logo, nothing else happeneds.
