Iphone frozen on slide to upgrade, ios 9
So i tried to download ios 9 on my iphone 4s today but it got frozen on the slide to upgrade. My computer said that it needed to update to itunes 12.3 so that it would work with the ios 9, so i updated it but my phone is still broken. Online it said to restore it from itunes but itunes said i needed to turn off find my iphone using my phone, which i can't because my phones frozen. So people said do it online which i did from icloud.com but it still doesn't work. Also if i try to sync my iphone it gets frozen on step 2 of 6.
Hold down the home and power button until it goes off. Wait a few mins and restart (hold power button).
Do not update your phone anymore because updates on older iphones ( upto 5c i think) make your phone go slower cos apple want you to buy a new one.
- Why doesn't my iPhone 4S lock screen not have the slide up and use camera icon? The OS is 5.0.1 (duh) and I haven't jailbroken my iPhone. Is something wrong? Because I haven't had the camera icon on my lock screen since the day I bought my phone… I still have to double tap the home button like on ios5… Please help? I'm sorry for the extra "not" in the question…
- Thing you slide up on iphone won't slide up? On the IOS 7 for iphone the thing you slide up which has the calculator/compass/camera/torch won't slide up when I'm in apps? It use to but all of a sudden it doesn't want to slide up? It's getting annoying what can I do to get it to slide up?
- My iPhone 5 said slide to upgrade when I turned it on? I turned my iPhone 5 off then turned it on and it didn't give me a choice and all it said was slide to upgrade (it was like the type of slide when you unlock it). Is this normal? It has never done this before. I already had ios8 too
