IPhone I can't hear anything?

I had my earplugs in and I heard perfectly and I take them off because it's raining outside and I went outside with my phone and now I have full volume on and I can't hear a thing. I already checked that it has full volume and I can only hear with my headphones in. If there's water in in some place what do I do? I can't hear a thing

Sounds like you shorted out your on bored speaker. When you got it wet you needed to turn it off right away and let it dry. Now you will need to take it into an Apple Store and have them replace the speaker and wiring.

I still have an iPhone 3GS and recently I have found that whenever I make a call or receive a call, I can't hear the person on the other end, but they can hear me. It doesn't work when it's on speaker or headphones either. But whenever I listen to music or sound from an app I'm hear it fine. I have tried a hard resets and I don't know what to do. How can I fix this?

The only thing I can hear are the clicks of when I'm typing, and when I go to the settings and try to raise the volume, I can't hear anything from any of my apps and it's not on vibrate/silent I've checked everything.
