IPhone is stuck in recovery mode?
ITunes said I needed to update, so I did. However, halfway through the update, it stopped, and my iphone went into 'recovery mode'.
When I tried to reconnect to itunes, it said I had to restore the iphone; I do not want to sacrifice any of the things I have on there:/.
If all the things on your iPhone are backed up to the computer, you can restore it and when you get back on your iPhone, set up everything so that everything syncs back to the iPhone. I did this when I had my iPod and got my iPhone - I synced everything I had on my iPod to my iPhone also, so now I have all my iPod's apps on my iPhone.
Sorry to confuse you if possibly I did, but my point is, you can restore it and still have everything.

- Iphone 5c stuck in recovery mode and Itunes won't recognize the phone, or that its in recovery mode? I tried updating to IOS 8 and it has the connect to itunes screen. Well i plugged it into my computer and opened itunes and got no notifications or anything. I really don't know what to do. - IPhone 4g stuck in Recovery mode? My wife's iPhone 4g is stuck in recovery mode and we can't get it out of recovery, and iTunes won't successfully restore. Her sister had Attempted to update the phone, Then the phone went into recovery mode and it's stuck there. Nothing is working, and looking online the is happening to a lot of people trying to update. What's going on? How can I fix this?
