IPhone keeps disconnecting from the internet?
I have an iPhone 4 running IOS 7.1 that constantly disconnects from the internet. I watch a lot of YouTube on the phone and whenever I watch one, it disconnects me from my Wi-Fi… It gets really annoying so just wanted to know of a fix.
This problem can vary from a wide area of options.
Does this happen on Wi-Fi from the same router? AkA your house?
Has this happened elsewhere on another router/connection?
If it is happening at your house, then Id recommend resetting your router (unplug).
If not, try turning your phone off, then back on. You would be amazed how turning your iphone off then on can solve so many problems.
If that does nothing for you, try a full restore to factory settings on the ipod.
If that still doesn't work, Id recommend making an appointment at your local apple store to get looked at because it may be a hardware problem.
- Internet on my iphone keeps disconnecting? Okay so i have the iphone 3g (yes, i know it's old, please don't remind me) and everytime i use it i clearly have internet. The only problem is after about a minute my internet shuts down, this happens every single time. I can't use the phone more than a minute without my internet shutting down, most times it just says "no service" on the top… Which is crazy… Any help will be appreciated.

It will stay connected to Wi-Fi for a little bit then it will disconnect form Wi-Fi all by its self and sometimes it will stay connected to Wi-Fi for a long time then disconnect. Just about ever since then, my iPhone barely connects to my home Wi-Fi, when it does, it's very slow, and it only lasts for less than a minute at a time before disconnecting again. Yes, for those of you that give the thick headed answers, I obviously entered the password to my network onto the phone.
