IPhone keypad not working during call?
Well I just got a iPhone a day before Christmas and I'm on three way, and my keypad won't work. Like in a situation where it's like "press one for yes" ill press one but it won't respond. What do I do?
Then try switching of your mobile. Or just give it to the mechanic for reparing
Make sure you're updated to the latest software from Apple. (iOS 7.0.4). Meanwhile, try simple things like turning your phone off and on again. If still, try restoring your iPhone, just make sure you back up to either iCloud or iTunes. If still, take it into Apple and see what they say. It might just be a software bug, or a one time glitch, might not happen on your next call.

I have a new iPhone 6s Plus and need to listen in on conference calls without other people on the call hearing me type in the background or the kids, so how do I Mute the sounds on my end so I can listen in without disturbing the others on the call? My current phone keypad on the iPhone 6s Plus only shows 1-9,0 *, and # buttons.
