IPhone messages crash. Possible replacement?

When that is sent to an iPhone it crashes the phone and makes it restart. It has also crashed several iPhones and doesn't allow them to get back into their messages sometimes. Yes there's a fix to this but after you fix it ppl can still keep sending it to you. I have an iPhone 5s with the latest software. I also have Verizon. Would there be any way I could get a replacement through Apple or Verizon. If Verizon would give me a replacement would i be able to get a Samsung or a different phone other than Apple so this doesn't happen again?
You need to go to the apple store and have them fix it. Looks like they may need to reset your phone or give you a new one as it has a virus.

- Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
