IPhone won't connect to my dual CD player?

So I had to buy myself a new CD player since my other one decided to stop working
It's a dual
Don't have the exact name
It's the cheapest. Around 50 bucks

I connect it via USB and of course I can't play my music
It'll charge it but I can't play anything
I'm using a 5s with the newest iOS
I'm guessing that's why
But can you think of any way I can fix it?

I have the same radio in my car, the Dual xd250… The usb port is only used as a charging port… There's no way to make it play music through usb. You need an aux cable and plug it into the aux in jack just below the usb port on the front of the radio.

I know I could just take the built in protectors off but I would like to stay away from that. Any suggestions?
  • IPhone 5 dual SIM adapter problem? The dual adapter works fine when I have a payg Orange and a payg T-Mobile SIM in place, but whenever I remove either SIM and insert my contract EE SIM, the phone displays 'invalid SIM'. I'm obviously wanting to use my contract EE SIM in conjunction with any of the 2 payg SIMS. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks! Steven I forgot to mention that the EE SIM works on my EE locked phone perfectly well.
