IPhone won't connect to my Windows 8.1 PC?
Whenever I plug my iPhone 4s into my PC it keeps on connecting and disconnecting over and over again. This is strange as all of my other devices work on the usb ports. I have tried connecting this phone to all of my usb ports and all have the same problem. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Did you try connecting your iPhone with same cable to another computer, if that works, then problem is with the USB ports of your PC
Try connecting your iPhone with PC using a different USB cable, problem may be with your cable too, it may be damaged by some means.
Try restarting your PC and connecting again. Make sure the connection is not loose.
If you are using a USB splitter, then try connecting using the single wire cable.
